1.1. Inspection: Customers are required to check all goods thoroughly prior to departure from our warehouse. Shortages or visible damage cannot be rectified once the goods have left the premises.
1.2. Price Maintenance: All price-maintained goods are subject to retail price maintenance where applicable by law.
2.1. Withholding Payment: In the event of a customer claim against S.T.B. FOODS LIMITED, the customer is not entitled to withhold payment of any monies due for goods ordered.
2.2. Credits: Once the Company’s liability has been ascertained and confirmed, the Company shall issue a credit to the customer for the appropriate amount.

The goods remain the absolute property of S.T.B. FOODS LIMITED. However, all risk and liability to third parties regarding the goods pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery.
The purchaser may sell the goods in the normal course of business but shall hold any proceeds of such sale (equal to the price of the goods) in trust for and on behalf of the Company.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of £50 per pallet should an order be cancelled or refused after the order has been completed or dispatched.
S.T.B. FOODS LIMITED is an authorized wholesaler of medicinal products. To legally purchase medicinal products from us, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Hold a valid Wholesale Dealer’s Licence.
Operate an online shop supplying customers with no more than a 3-month supply.
Supply customers via a physical shop or kiosk that features lockable storage for medicinal products when closed.
Be a registered Retail Pharmacy.
Note: Unless you hold a Wholesale Dealer’s Licence, you are not permitted to purchase medicinal products in bulk quantities for the purpose of resale. We will categorize your account accordingly upon opening.
